EB5AN regional center rental provides developers with valuable benefits

Rent our Illinois EB-5 regional center to derive three key benefits.

1. Raise EB-5 investment funds anywhere in Naperville

Our EB-5 regional center in Illinois, with coverage of the entire Naperville area and the rest of Illinois, allows our affiliates to raise EB-5 capital for their projects in any area, be it Naperville or one of the surrounding suburbs. EB5AN operates numerous centers approved by U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS). You can see these centers and their coverage on the USCIS website.

2. Attract investors by improving the way your EB-5 project meets EB-5 program requirements

Unaffiliated projects may count only direct employment positions of more than 24 months toward their job creation total. Regional center projects, which allow investors to count indirect jobs, result in higher job creation numbers, so they tend to be much more attractive. This allows developers to easily gather more EB-5 capital for their projects.

3. Become an affiliate quickly so you can turn your attention to raising EB-5 capital

USCIS compliance is a simple process when you rely on EB5AN’s expertise. We can expedite the EB-5 regional center affiliation process, including calculating your project’s potential to support EB-5 capital and create jobs, and its suitability for affiliation with our Naperville regional center. Once that’s done, you can raise the EB-5 capital you need.

Three weeks, not three months: Completing your I-924 application

The team at EB5AN has a history of success, having conducted more than 300 business plans and economic impact studies in compliance with USCIS standards, and our regional centers cover more than 20 states. We’re not intimidated by the application’s intricacies or its lengthy adjudication process because our extensive experience and resources equip us to competently compile its requisite documentation.

Does Naperville encompass any targeted employment areas?

Because targeted employment area (TEA) designation holds numerous benefits for EB-5 projects in Naperville and other cities, it is important to understand both the benefits of and the USCIS process for TEA designation. To determine whether your EB-5 project location falls within a TEA, please consult our free EB-5 TEA map, which includes data for the entire United States. All you need to do is to enter the project address—the rest of the process is automated.

The EB5AN TEA map relies on the most recently published versions of two data sets, namely American Community Survey (ACS) five-year data and Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) data. It assesses TEA eligibility based on four calculation methodologies USCIS accepts—three related to calculating unemployment rates and one related to qualification as a rural TEA. Unemployment rates are calculated using (1) American Community Survey (ACS) five-year unemployment data by census tract, (2) the census-share methodology, which is based on a combination of ACS data and county-level BLS data, and (3) BLS county-level data for TEA determination on a county-wide level. To determine rural qualification, population and geographical data are considered. To qualify as a TEA, a project site needs to qualify under only one calculation method.

A TEA can also be created by combining directly adjacent census tracts and considering the weighted average unemployment rate. The EB5AN TEA map performs this function automatically.

Naperville is ripe with economic potential

During the 1990s, Naperville was one of the 10 fastest growing cities in the United States, due in a large part to its geographic placement in the Illinois technology and research corridor. Bell Labs, Western Electric, Nokia, BP, and similar corporations contributed to the boom there, having placed their administrative and production centers in the area. While the median yearly income of a household in Naperville is about $130,000, there exists a palpable gap between the haves and the have nots, leaving much to be desired in terms of economic development.
