Contact EB5AN to learn about EB-5 regional center sponsorship for your project in Las Vegas.
When our EB5AN State of Nevada EB-5 regional center sponsors your Las Vegas project, you reap the benefits.
By renting our EB-5 regional center, you can…
1. Gain access to EB-5 capital anywhere in Las Vegas.
As soon as you become an affiliate, you have access to EB-5 capital for your project anywhere in Vegas, because our Nevada regional center has coverage of the entire state. This regional center, like the other regional centers operated by EB5AN, is approved by USCIS and listed on the USCIS website.
2. Count indirectly created jobs to raise more EB-5 capital.
Since direct investment projects can count only direct payroll positions that last for at least two years, most EB-5 investors look to regional center projects to help them meet the EB-5 job creation requirement of 10 full-time permanent jobs per investor. EB-5 regional center projects may also include indirect and induced jobs in their job creation figures, so their ability to attract investors enables project developers to fund their projects with a higher percentage of EB-5 capital.
3. Sidestep the approval process for a new EB-5 regional center and start raising EB-5 capital for your project.
You can begin raising EB-5 capital right away by becoming an EB5AN business affiliate. Our team of experts can help you assess your project’s suitability for EB-5 capital and job creation and determine whether it’s a good fit for our Las Vegas EB-5 regional center. Once your project is affiliated, you can start raising investment funds without delay.
We can prepare your Application for Regional Center (Form I-924) in just three weeks to form your Las Vegas EB-5 regional center.

Is your EB-5 project within a Las Vegas targeted employment area?
Because targeted employment area (TEA) designation holds numerous benefits for EB-5 projects in Las Vegas and other cities, it is important to understand both the benefits of and the USCIS process for TEA designation. To determine whether your EB-5 project location falls within a TEA, please consult our free EB-5 TEA map, which includes data for the entire United States. All you need to do is to enter the project address—the rest of the process is automated.
The EB5AN TEA map relies on the most recently published versions of two data sets, namely American Community Survey (ACS) five-year data and Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) data. It assesses TEA eligibility based on four calculation methodologies USCIS accepts—three related to calculating unemployment rates and one related to qualification as a rural TEA. Unemployment rates are calculated using (1) American Community Survey (ACS) five-year unemployment data by census tract, (2) the census-share methodology, which is based on a combination of ACS data and county-level BLS data, and (3) BLS county-level data for TEA determination on a county-wide level. To determine rural qualification, population and geographical data are considered. To qualify as a TEA, a project site needs to qualify under only one calculation method.
A TEA can also be created by combining directly adjacent census tracts and considering the weighted average unemployment rate. The EB5AN TEA map performs this function automatically.
If you confirm that your EB-5 regional center is located in a TEA in Las Vegas, you can also use the EB5AN TEA map to instantly download a free TEA Qualification Report that shows all the data and calculations that support TEA qualification for your project location. Should you have any questions or concerns, don’t hesitate to contact the EB5AN team by phone at 1-800-288-9138 or via e-mail at email@example.com. We promise to respond within 24 hours.
