What financial requirements does the EB-5 Program have for investors?

The current minimum investment is $1,000,000—or $500,000 for projects in targeted employment areas (TEAs). While the investment capital is the only requirement of the EB-5 Program, practically speaking, investors will generally accrue legal fees, filing fees, and in some cases administration fees. Typically, regional center investors must also be considered accredited investors, which means they must meet certain net worth or annual income requirements.
