Free EB-5 Evaluation

How might an EB-5 applicant and/or derivatives postpone entering the U.S. after I-526 approval in order to complete business, academic, or other obligations?

Depending on the length of delay required, consular processing may be postponed; note, however, that delaying the visa application process can result in a child aging out. Once an EB-5 Visa is issued, the visa holder has six months to enter the United States. In order to avoid any undesirable consequences, any foreign national considering intentionally delaying consular processing or entrance into the U.S. should consult an experienced immigration attorney.
