Free EB-5 Evaluation

How can EB-5 investors ensure the success of their investments?

The EB-5 Program requires the invested capital to remain at risk throughout the duration of the conditional permanent residency period. No project is guaranteed success, and so there is always an element of risk involved—and a regional center can offer no assurances that an EB-5 investor’s capital will be returned at the end of the process. Immigration and financial risk can be limited through careful due diligence, but no EB-5 project is totally risk free.
