Affiliation with an EB5AN EB-5 regional center holds numerous advantages.

1. You won’t have to wait to begin raising EB-5 capital.

If you’d like to start raising EB-5 capital immediately anywhere within the municipality of Boca Raton, affiliating with EB5AN is a fantastic idea. Since we offer geographic coverage of the entire city, affiliating with the EB5AN State of Florida Regional Center will enable you to gather capital all over the city. Furthermore, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) has granted us approval for numerous Immigrant Investor Regional Centers, as listed on the USCIS website.

2. Satisfying EB-5 investor requirements will be easier because you can count indirect job creation.

The EB-5 investor requirement of creating 10 jobs can be difficult to fulfill if you’re not affiliated with a regional center. In that case, you can count only payroll employees who have worked for you for at least 24 months. However, meeting this condition is significantly easier for EB5AN affiliates, as they can include indirect job creation in their calculations. Not only does this allow you to much more easily meet the requirements, but it also enables you to raise significantly more capital.

3. Complete the EB5AN affiliation process swiftly and stress-free with our assistance.

Don’t give yourself a headache filling out the detailed forms—we’re highly familiar with the process and are happy to offer you a helping hand. After ascertaining whether your project is feasible and eligible for affiliation, we’ll discuss the parameters with you to figure out the number of jobs your project will generate and the amount of EB-5 capital you’ll require. We’ll work quickly and professionally to complete your EB5AN affiliation process as fast as possible.

Which parts of Boca Raton qualify as targeted employment areas?

Because targeted employment area (TEA) designation holds numerous benefits for EB-5 projects in Boca Raton and other cities, it is important to understand both the benefits of and the USCIS process for TEA designation. To determine whether your EB-5 project location falls within a TEA, please consult our free EB-5 TEA map, which includes data for the entire United States. All you need to do is to enter the project address—the rest of the process is automated.

The EB5AN TEA map relies on the most recently published versions of two data sets, namely American Community Survey (ACS) five-year data and Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) data. It assesses TEA eligibility based on four calculation methodologies USCIS accepts—three related to calculating unemployment rates and one related to qualification as a rural TEA. Unemployment rates are calculated using (1) American Community Survey (ACS) five-year unemployment data by census tract, (2) the census-share methodology, which is based on a combination of ACS data and county-level BLS data, and (3) BLS county-level data for TEA determination on a county-wide level. To determine rural qualification, population and geographical data are considered. To qualify as a TEA, a project site needs to qualify under only one calculation method.

A TEA can also be created by combining directly adjacent census tracts and considering the weighted average unemployment rate. The EB5AN TEA map performs this function automatically.
