Dallas EB-5 Regional Center

EB-5 Regional Center with Coverage of Dallas, Texas

Do you have an EB-5 project in the booming Texan city of Dallas? Take advantage of the EB5 Affiliate Network (EB5AN) regional center in Texas, which covers the city of Dallas in its entirety, extending to Downtown, Oak Lawn, and all other neighborhoods, and become an EB5AN affiliate. Contact EB5AN today to learn more about the process of affiliating with our regional center, which has been approved by U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS).

EB5AN affiliates enjoy numerous benefits for their EB-5 projects.

There is a myriad of reasons to affiliate with an EB5AN EB-5 regional center, and we’ve listed the best ones below.

1. Instant commencement of capital-raising activities anywhere in Dallas.

Coverage from our EB5AN State of Texas regional center extends not only across Dallas but also across the entire state of Texas. That means that you can start amassing EB-5 capital for your project as soon as you become an affiliate, and your capital can come from anywhere within the city limits of Dallas. All EB5AN Immigrant Investor Regional Centers are USCIS approved and listed on the USCIS website.

2. Facilitated EB-5 investor requirements via indirect job creation.

EB-5 investor requirements state that EB-5 projects must generate 10 new jobs to help boost the local economy. For non-affiliates, this condition presents a significant challenge, as only payroll employees who have been employed for a minimum of 24 months can be counted toward the fulfillment of this criterion. Affiliates have a far easier time fulfilling this requirement: Since they’re allowed to also count indirection job creation, producing higher figures is significantly easier, and by extension, it’s possible to raise even more capital.

3. A quick, easy affiliation process, allowing for the expedited initiation of capital-gathering.

Our highly experienced team understands that you’d like to begin raising capital for your EB-5 project promptly, and that’s why we’ll work with you to complete the regional center affiliation process as quickly as possible. We’ll work out whether your EB-5 project meets the requirements to affiliate with our Dallas regional center, and if it does, we’ll have a meeting with you to discuss the predicted level of job creation and capital requirements for your project.

Where are the targeted employment areas in Dallas?

Because targeted employment area (TEA) designation holds numerous benefits for EB-5 projects in Dallas and other cities, it is important to understand both the benefits of and the USCIS process for TEA designation. To determine whether your EB-5 project location falls within a TEA, please consult our free EB-5 TEA map, which includes data for the entire United States. All you need to do is to enter the project address—the rest of the process is automated.

The EB5AN TEA map relies on the most recently published versions of two data sets, namely American Community Survey (ACS) five-year data and Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) data. It assesses TEA eligibility based on four calculation methodologies USCIS accepts—three related to calculating unemployment rates and one related to qualification as a rural TEA. Unemployment rates are calculated using (1) American Community Survey (ACS) five-year unemployment data by census tract, (2) the census-share methodology, which is based on a combination of ACS data and county-level BLS data, and (3) BLS county-level data for TEA determination on a county-wide level. To determine rural qualification, population and geographical data are considered. To qualify as a TEA, a project site needs to qualify under only one calculation method.

A TEA can also be created by combining directly adjacent census tracts and considering the weighted average unemployment rate. The EB5AN TEA map performs this function automatically.
