How might a past L-1 Visa rejection affect an EB-5 application?

A past L-1 Visa rejection will not have any effect on an I-526 Petition since Form I-526 deals with the investor’s compliance in terms of investment amount, job creation, and source of funds. Unless the L-1 Visa was rejected due to inadmissibility, the past rejection should have no bearing on the approvability of an EB-5 Visa application.
