An EB-5 applicant and his/her dependent family members can temporarily enter the U.S. using B-1/B-2 Visas while waiting to gain conditional permanent resident status. This shouldn’t be a problem as long as they disclose their pending immigration petition and express their intent to return to their home country for consular processing.
