The main function of an EB-5 regional center is to facilitate economic growth in a region. This goal is accomplished in a couple of primary ways: (i) regional centers tend to sponsor projects that pool several EB-5 investors, which means greater economic impact, and (ii) regional centers have a greater ability to attract investment since indirect and induced jobs can be counted toward EB-5 job creation.
