Free EB-5 Evaluation

How might an EB-5 investor sponsor elderly parents as dependents?

The EB-5 Program allows the principal applicant to include as derivative beneficiaries his/her spouse and any unmarried children under age 21. The principal applicant’s parents, or any other relatives, may not be sponsored through EB-5. After an EB-5 investor becomes a resident, however, he/she may petition for relatives using Form I-130.
